4. Google Account Data & Limited Use

KinLegacy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request the minimum Google account details needed to log you in safely.
  • We never use your Google data for advertising, marketing, or retargeting purposes.

5. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your content is encrypted both while traveling across the web and while stored in our secure database. Access controls ensure that only you—and the specific family members or recipients you explicitly choose—can ever view your private vault.

You own your data. You can access, edit, or delete your content and account at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers, simply send a request to support@kinlegacy.org and we will process it promptly.
